Now I don't give a crap about legal repercussions, lawsuits, yadyadayada. I don't even particularly give a shit that it's MLP based. My issue is they boomtubed a video promoting a charity album for cancer relief.

That's despicable even by troll standards.

Probably a good idea to wait and see if they target the second one.

One potential issue I didn't think about last night was if we decided to pursue legal action, we would have likely had to hold off on the album's release, which, I feel it's best we release the album on time as planned, and focus on promoting it wherever we can.

Yeah just ignoring them will be the best course of action to make them go away, but if they keep it up if you can legitimately track these guys down legal repercussions may be the very thing they need to make them wake up and realize you can't just be a total douche to anyone and expect to get away with it, heck you don't even need to pursue it just the thought that they can face serious legal consequences for what they're doing should be enough to scare them out of it.

But of course that's only if they keep pushing it and pushing it, in the short run it's easier to just ignore them.
