What's the scariest thing you've ever seen?

Sports, politics, movies, videogames, questionable hobbies, photos from your family vacation, etc. Talk about stuff that isn't ponies or music. But do try to stay on topic and respectful of alternate opinions.

I can't really beat that, cplbradly.

But the Quarantine Station in Sydney scared the living crap outta me. Say what you will about ghosts and whatever, I saw something and I saw it for a full 20 minutes.

A few years ago, I camped out and spent the night in Urraca Mesa, New Mexico, which is a region in a forest region that has been considered to be the Gateway to the Underworld by Native Americans. And the locals in the region say it's a pretty scary region with a lot of "supernatural" stuff going on there. It was spooky.
