Your reaction to youtube forcing you to "upgrade" to OneChan

Well, I'm pissed. Actually, more than just pissed.

OneChannel is plain UGLY, complicated as F and doesn't allow you to have the great options the current layout offers. Your background gets shrunk to a tiny PoS image that has no graphical content representing yourself and the page is a f-load of windows and text that nobody wants to see...

Why does youtube want everyone to quit? Soundcloud makes good changes while for the past few years, youtube has been going down and down with their amazing patches.

And now I'm linked to Google+... I really didn't want to link myself to Google+, infact, I didn't want anything to do with Google+.. Yeah.. I don't know anymore.. Whatever.

Meh, why do I even bother starting a conversation on MLR. All the forums have come down to is childish spam and lack of constructive input (in most cases) whatsoever.

you were trying to start a conversation? you just wanted everyone's reaction to the "upgrade" and everyone does exactly that. if anyone's being childish, it's you. Constructive input? you mean "We all should get really mad at youtube and force them to allow a downgrade" how would you even begin to do that i don't even

If you'd taken the time to look, Matt, you might have noticed that there already is a thread on youtube one, and the general consensus there seems to be somewhere between "I don't care" and "I don't like it but I'll live with it" (aside from one or two who really don't like it), so why should we have a discussion on a redundant thread?

I stated I didn't care, Eery made a good point about youtube being a privelage not a right and Nine Volt agreed with me and I decided to have a little joke about it.

No, you see, you aren't looking for constructive input, you're just looking for people to agree with you. Truth is, not as many people care about the changing youtube layout as you'd think. I don't care either. The layout actually looks quite nice, in my opinion. Just take a look at Tombstone's layout. His recent videos are right there. There's also a section for his recent activity, his popular videos, and all of these take very little to no effort to find. Not to mention that the little icons on the banner linking to his pages are neat.

At least I'm gonna say why I don't care.
I've always hated YouTube or insignificant reasons (my laptop's browsing skills involve lags that YouTube all too gladly exploits).
And especially when Google+ started to interfere, I was done.
I want nothing of that Google+ whatever stupid project. Only ninjas use it.
And it takes too much of an effort to design everything, and uploading is a hell on YouTube for me.

Currently my browsers can't even start a video on YouTube (because of my laptop, not because of YouTube). So I don't even bother.

Also, when the built-in iPhone app was replaced by a stand-alone app, that sucked in every way, I just stopped trying.
No YouTube for me. Not anymore.
