Oh... its basically a service on Amazon that lets you pay a small fee for each year but it lets you in on great sales and free shipping on nearly everything.
Also free TV shows.

But yeah I'd recommend it; but I was just pointing those out in case you had it.

I don't think you have to pay for Prime because its giving me the option to buy those and I know I don't have a prime account.

That deal is great. There are other places selling them at $240 as well. Bhphotovideo.com is another place selling them cheap. Sweetwater is at $300 right now. I'm wondering if this deal is 100% legit or other sites overcharge a bit. Have you looked at these headphones on amazon before and saw a price up in the $480s?

You don't, prime just basically advertises the deals for you, and you can get free faster shipping on items. It's worth it to get prime if you're using Amazon a lot, a waste if you only use it occasionally.

I have used those headphones before, didn't like them personally but they are good stuff and many people enjoy them (and the brand). Most websites post the suggested retail price and then sell them for the street price pretending that you're getting them for some crazy deal (a lot of music gear operates this way).

You are about 10 days late and also missed the point of the thread (along with many other people). When the OP says he wants $300 studio headphones you shouldn't recommend him cheap headphones with "enhanced bass" (quoting from Sennheisers own product page).
