Help with Chords for a song

So I can tell what notes are being played with the bass, but I'm not entirely sure about some of the chords for the rest of the song. This is what I'm trying to teach myself to play on the guitar:


I have no idea how to replicate the beginning so I'm just going to omit that (I tried with this 8-bit vst I've been using and still no go). So in any case, could some of you help me out with this? Sadly there's no sheet music for this so I have to go by ear, which I still can't do as you can plainly tell lol.
