How do you make a "singing" vox in tune? [I have examples]

Examples of what I mean:

If anything, this is the best example:

For AF's track, it sounds like it was just spoken lines from the show and he managed to get...uhh I guess its Fluttershy to sing her spoken lines. For Alex, I know its a compilation of Pinkie Pie's song's but their not all in tune with another originally. I was wondering how do you do that?

Now that I think about it, here's another example (remember this old tune :P):
I am Magical Rainbow Pegasus Pony and this is my music. Lets not fuck about. X3

I did something of that nature here at about 20 seconds: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5938 (HAHAHAH now you have to leave feedback).

To my understanding, most people do their splicing/pitching in Melodyne (or Newtone in FL). That's what I did at least. I know this is more splicing than it is "singing", but the point gets across.

Yes, listen to cloud. Melodyne/Newtone. You can even tune the slices in slicex but I wouldn't recommend that.

If you're using Reason, NepTune is the alternative for Melodyne/Newtone. If you've pirated reason, you'll have to do it in NN-XT or something
