I have a question regarding the YouTube video.

What are the guidelines for the video itself? What I mean is, are the visuals that we choose for our songs required to include anything? Obviously inappropriate content is still prohibited, but does the picture need to include a reference to the Remix War or My Little Remix, or any other sort of defining mark?

Sorry if something like this has already been answered and I somehow missed it, or if it's just simply a bad question. I'm new to Remix Wars in general.

Can I upload and release my entry this week when I'm done, or do I have to wait until Thanksgiving? Because those are my two only options I know of. I know it breaks rules, but idk what else to do.

Yep, found it.

Please don't go above 7 or 8 minutes, that's inconsiderate of the viewers and other people wanting for their track to be heard in the sync party.

I would say 8:10 is pushing the bar a bit too much. See if you can cut it down, but you can always release the full length version as an extended mix later on.
