Can you do a cover/remix of a song?

I'm looking for someone who can make an instrumental beat for a song I want to rap to. The song is called "Will 2k" by Will Smith and for the life of me, I can't find an instrumental beat for this anywhere. So I thought it would be a cool idea to have another artist cover the song in their own style.

What I'm looking for isn't an electronic/dubstep cover or a vibrantly different song because I want the lyrics to be in basically the same spot they're in now. All I want is the music, but I want someone who can put their own spin on it without taking away from the original track (if that makes any sense).

Also if you can't but have an idea of who I can get in contact with to do something like this, I'm all ears.
