Track mixing

ATM I'm kind of occupied with several other tracks I'm mixing to I'ma put this to a hiatus.

Is there a point where you consider something "too much?" because honestly, my latest song could do with some mastering (the 20 minute one), but it's got so many tracks that it might not be worth it.

I doubt it. Since I'll be working with audio and not midi [which too many midi tracks cause a ton of lag], it shouldn't be a problem. ^-^

How many would you say there are?

MP3's at 320 kbits isn't too lossy. I've never been able to tell the difference between a high quality mp3 and a wav, despite knowing what to look for (snare and hat distortion).

I will send you my current working track once I'm finished recording everything. I want it to sound like a baaws.

I will of course turn off all my own mixing so I can see how it sounds with someone different doing their own stuff to it
