OK so i need Fluttershy's "yay" synth for a future track that I'm workin on right now....plz?

you should likely ask the person who made that track directly (glaze/wooden toaster i beleve). also keep in mind it was likely done thru a sampler and not its own vst synth.

Make it yourself, you'll learn a lot along the way!
Abusing samples from the show is super fun! :D
Look up tutorials on YTPMV-making for a rundown on how to do it!

(I recommend this one!)
