Are there any restrictions or recommendations or anything on genre? I'd hate to submit some off the wall big band swing tune that doesn't fit at all.

Not at all, feel free to do whatever you do best ! The diversity of musical genres is definitely a strength of this community, and looking at who already signed in, this album will definitely reflect that.

Brohoof to all the artists working on this !

Good cause? Overflowing with ideas?

I'll probably make it non-pony related though only becuase I feel like I can write something more meaningful just by writing it.

If the theme is smile then we be jelly. 2 weeks? RAD

I posted a submission "Equestrian National Anthem."

If it's accepted, I want to make sure that the other artists responsible receive credit. How do I do that?

Music - Sprocket
Lyrics - Midnight Cobra
Vocals - Dream HuK
Flute - Tony the Brony

I can also do a quick remaster if you decide you want it.

what zorg said except for the finals part. I'm hoping to try out a really happy-ish drum 'n' bass song. Too bad I suck at drum 'n' bass. :c

No ideas? Just pick a VST and play.

I think nearly every time I've had an idea for a song I've failed miserably at its execution. The only times I've really had that genuine inspiration have been when playing around and going, "Ohh, I like that, let's see how it sounds when I add this...YES!!!"

Um...hi guys. My name is Osoth (or Cassonade) and I sing in the band The Beatlebronies.

I decided to go solo for this one, I did an acoustic song that's completely original, and played all the instruments myself. I really wanted to give it a "we're doing the purest of fun and music" kind of feel, so I did everything with household stuff. My guitar excluded of course.

The drums are me clapping and hitting the desk with a straw from an old McDonalds cup. I hope the message of the song comes along like I wrote it, that even though sometimes you have hard times, you can remember the good times and it will always make you smile, smile, smile.

Right now I only see my own entry on the event's entry page. So either we only see our own entries, or your submission didn't go through correctly.

Okay, thank you! You are all very helpful. It will be nice working with you I hope. :D

Is a dropbox okay? I know you might probably have to right click from the entry page to save it.

I mediafire'd mine. A sappy, two-minute, two-clean-guitar sunny tidbit. And yeah, I don't see anybody else's either.
