Oh derp I forgot to say the key. It's C major (Pretty darn sure) with gliding notes. Or at least, that's the scale I played the notes in.

Huh, maybe my ears are completely off, but it seems to me that the main notes being played are as follows: the pluck sound leads in with F#, G#, A#. Then the main synth alternates between Db and C, gliding down to something in the G area (like G, F#, G#, or A... I can't really tell) in between.

That doesn't seem to imply C major to me. To me, it's implying either some type of Db (a.k.a. C#) or some type of Gb (F#)--and it ends up sounding to me like the root of the scale should be a fifth below what we're hearing, so that would make it Gb or F#. If so, that works with the first three intro notes, because then we can understand them as the first three notes in a Gb or F# major scale.

Dunno, am I going crazy here? Anyone else have any input?

Well, the pluck is Neon Jalapenos, not mine, so I'm not sure what key that makes it. All I really know are the notes that I played. Now that I think about it, I played with the crs knob on 3xosc, so I'm not really sure what notes I was actually playing. :P derpderpderp.

I also uploaded my section (yarrr, chiptunes ahoy... this time more like a REAL chiptune, because I used DefleMask in Gameboy mode exclusively, except for a little post-processing/mixing). It's... not my greatest work, but I'm not sure I'll have time to make something a whole lot better right now.
